An approachable and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant wanted to provide the warmest of welcomes. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Leisure Assistant to join our team, working in a busy and vibrant spa. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests while maintaining standards across our spa facilities. You will be a welcoming presence for every visitor, supporting a relaxed and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting our guests with a welcoming smile, offering advice and assistance when necessary
  • Ensuring guest safety at all times, following all health and safety spa procedures
  • Maintaining excellent spa standards, cleanliness and presentation
  • Providing the highest level of hospitality
  • Upselling of food, beverage, treatment, products and other hotel facilities

As a leisure assistant, you could be the first person to greet our spa guests so will be the key to providing that fantastic first impression. You will need a warm demeanor and be approachable at all times. You will need to be calm under pressure, reacting effortlessly to unexpected circumstances and taking them in your stride. You will become a pool responder as well as completing regular pool tests and pool plant operations, all of which will be trained. If you are passionate about providing a great guest experience, are a strong communicator who can provide service with a smile then this could be the role for you.
