The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1800 £ per month.
We are now looking to appoint Food & Beverage Team Members reporting to the Restaurant Manager to deliver a five-star standard service to our guests and ensure the highest levels of guest experience, providing warm hospitality and impeccable service. We will happily discuss flexible working options to support personal life, including rotas to support with school drop off and pick up.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of warm and knowledgeable hospitality at all times to all guests
- Ensuring the implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and high levels of product quality throughout the food service period
- Working closely with the kitchen team throughout the food service regarding menu items, speciality menus and special requests
- Preparation of the department including laying tables, vacuuming carpets, sweeping floors, polishing cutlery, preparing condiments and garnishes, and preparing coffee
- Ensuring the department is set and closed down as per service requirements
- Providing effective communication with the reception and reservation teams, ensuring guest requirements are met
Qualifications/Experience
- You will have worked previously in a similar role and ideally have experience in a high quality Four-Star or Five-Star hotel, or fine dining restaurant.
- You will have a genuine passion for the food and drink industry with exemplary guest service skills, good interpersonal skills, warmth and friendliness, and the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task whilst working in a busy and pressurised environment.
