Are you ready to take the next step in your Food and Beverage career? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team at our busy Hotel.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Serving food and drink and providing memorable experiences for our guests
  • Being the first point of call for any guest queries
  • Supervising a shift ensuring our guests receive high standards of service and want to return
  • Supporting and motivating the team
  • Hosting and running events, conferences and weddings and being the point of customer liaison where necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and ensures the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of the business
  • Preferably hands-on and comfortable rolling up sleeves to get involved with service
  • Previous experience of working within a busy food operation and supervisory experience is desirable
  • Flexible with the times you can work
