We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you will ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events.
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
  • Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.
  • Have proven experience managing in high‑end hospitality, whether at a restaurant, bar, or running events, in a management role.
  • Be a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service.
  • Calm, confident, and solutions‑focused even when the pressure’s on.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for someone to join our team of assistant food and beverage managers who has ambition to grow into the next management role — we will support your journey every step of the way, with a variety of management courses, as well as mentoring and coaching you through your career. The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility is key, along with professionalism and a sense of fun.
