We are looking for a confident and driven Restaurant Team Leader to support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of our food and drink operations. You will act as a role model for the team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong operational standards, and a collaborative, motivated working environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, people development, and delivering excellent guest experiences while contributing to commercial success.

  • Hosting to the highest calibre and ensuring that all team members working in the department maintain a high level of hospitality at all times to all guests.
  • Ensuring the implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and high levels of product quality throughout the service periods.
