The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Spa Therapist, who is passionate about the Spa and Beauty industry and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer care while developing their own skills and knowledge.
Your day to day:
- Greeting every one of our guests with a welcoming smile
- Providing the highest level of hospitality
- Informing the guests of the spa’s facilities, offering advice and assistance when necessary
- Upselling of treatments, products, and other facilities
- Carrying out fantastic beauty and massage treatments for our hotel and spa guests (Massage once qualified)
Alongside your role you will work towards a Level 3 qualification through training and support.
Who are we looking for?
- A Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential for this role with the desire to progress to a Level 3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy.
- Maths and English at Level C or 4 is preferable but not essential.
- Experience with different brands would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided.
- You will need to have a good rapport with other staff and guests and be able to effectively communicate on all levels.
- Being able to multi-task is a must, you will need to offer warm hospitality to our spa members and hotel guests whilst delivering the highest standard of treatments.
- Our spa is open 7 days a week so weekend work is part of the job.
