Overview
As Head Housekeeper, you will lead our busy Housekeeping team and ensure thousands of guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms
Your day to day
- Implementation of the required standards of cleanliness and presentation of rooms
- Mentor your team to ensure they provide the highest standards and attention to detail at all times
- Responding to guest requests and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible
- Ensuring the team are completing their work within a set time frame.
- Ensuring the property procedures are followed by the team
- Carrying out induction and training of new team members
- Control of stock ordering and linen management
- Hands on to support the team as required

The standards of our bedrooms will leave a lasting impression on our guests, as Head Housekeeper, you will need a keen eye for detail and enjoy meeting targets
You will need to be able to communicate on all levels, including to your team and across the wider property
You will need to keep calm under pressure, reacting effortlessly to unexpected circumstances and taking them in your stride
If you are passionate about delivering meticulous standards and can motivate others to do this, then this could be the role for you
Ideally you will have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within a Housekeeping function
Our business is open all day every day, so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work
