Your day to day as Guest Experience and Reservations Coordinator:

The Guest Experience & Reservations Co-ordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of all bookings across the business, including rooms, restaurant reservations and events, ensuring maximum occupancy, optimal yield, and a seamless guest journey from enquiry through to arrival. You will also be involved in booking the guests in on arrival.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in reservations, front office or hospitality administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue drivers
  • Experience with booking systems (e.g. Rezlynx, Zonal)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in reservations, reception or working in a conference and events sales office is essential
