Join Our Food & Beverage Team! Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love working in a vibrant bar environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team and deliver exceptional service in our bars and lounges.
Your day to day:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit is a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks to brand standards, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft beverages.
- Take accurate orders and ensure 100% correctness every time.
- Maintain knowledge of our drinks menu and offer recommendations confidently.
- Follow company allergen procedures and uphold food safety standards.
- Support the team by running drinks from the bar and assisting in other areas when needed.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work flexibly across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Support the restaurant team as and when needed.
Who are we looking for?
You will be a sociable person who is comfortable starting a conversation with anyone, have a flair for hospitality and like seeing happy customers. Cocktail and wine knowledge would be advantageous but, as a Bar Team Member, a passion for quality drinks is a must. It would be ideal if you have previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant; however, a great work ethic and an even greater personality is much more important. You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the bar. Our business is open all day every day so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work.
