We are proud to be working exclusively with our client based in Aldridge, who are recruiting for an accounts and payroll assistant to work closely with and for the Finance Manager. Working Tuesday to Friday approx. 20 hours per week (9-3, with early finish on Fridays) you will be responsible for a variety of processes within the accounts and payroll functions for the company.
Day to day duties (but not limited to):
- Uploading and checking staff clock in system & transferring onto payroll system.
- Completion of weekly payroll for approx. 60 weekly paid staff.
- Managing and overseeing pensions portal.
- Purchase ledger - collation of invoices/PO numbers & ensuring accurate on system.
- Generating and checking reports, communicating with heads of departments to gain approval for invoice payments.
