Our client based in Bilston is seeking to recruit a Transport Administrator. The main role will be to effectively support the transport operation within the business, ensuring that all work is done in a timely and accurate manner, using different Web Portal systems and the Warehouse Management System.
The ideal candidate will ensure all roles are done in the most efficient and accurate way possible to meet our OTIF targets. Therefore, we require a highly motivated, organized, reliable, trustworthy, and flexible team member with good leadership skills and a willingness to learn and succeed. The successful candidate will be driven, knowledgeable, possess an excellent level of clear communication, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Extensive data inputting experience.
- Able to work from several reports and collate onto data system for review.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines under pressure.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- A good level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in a busy transport or manufacturing office environment.
- Good working knowledge of ISO certifications and the Integrated Management System (ideal but not essential).
- A good understanding of Microsoft D365 would be beneficial.
