A great opportunity has arisen for our client based in Waterfoot, for a Production Operative/FLT within a small but busy plastic extrusion company. Working Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4:30pm (no Friday work!), you will form part of a great established team that works together completing all tasks as required.

Overview of the role:

  • You will be loading machine of raw plastic pellets for the machine to make products, ensuring this never runs out as the machine runs constantly.
  • Checking product as it is made by the machine for any defects/faults that would not pass QC tests.
  • Unloading end roll and adding to pallet for shrink wrapping, before then using FLT to store in warehouse area for deliveries.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles as required.

The successful candidate:

  • Will have counterbalance FLT cert/licence & experience.
  • Happy to work in a hot noisy environment.
  • Flexible to complete all processes; both manual and using FLT as part of the team.
  • Able to work 4 days per week (hours as stated above).
