We are actively recruiting for a mechanically minded machine operator to learn all areas of our clients business who are a heavy engineering/Industrial type company in the Black Country. Working on a rotating 3 shift pattern, you will be trained on all machinery so that you will be able to work across various departments throughout your working career with them. This role is a physically demanding role, and most of the working shift is spent standing. The ideal candidate; Will have previous Industrial/engineering machine operating experience Will have experience in using micrometres/verniers Will have excellent reading and writing skills Will have FLT/Crane experience. (training can be provided) In return, this role offers an initial hourly rate of £13 per hour with extensive overtime opportunities. Full machine training and development which will last between 6 – 12 weeks
