A new job opportunity has arisen for our client based in the Speke area of Liverpool for a FLT Warehouse operative/cover Transport controller. Working Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm and 8am - 4:30pm (rotating weekly).
On a day-to-day basis you will form part of the warehouse team where you will be:
- Picking and packing, loading and unloading both raw material & end products in line with customer requirements.
- Assisting the transport office, providing cover, which will involve transport planning, driver scheduling & vehicle despatch.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a current/in date Counterbalance FLT & have previous working experience.
- Be able to complete manual lifting & use FLT as part of their daily duties.
- Have excellent numeracy & literacy as part of the picking/packing process.
- Have excellent IT skills & be able to use a computer.
- Be able to work the mentioned hours as part of a shift rotation.
