Inventory Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our customer in the Black Country. You will form part of a new dynamic team for the business, managing and overseeing stock and inventory data. Job Summary: You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. This position involves overseeing stock levels, coordinating shipments, and data analysing across the business to identify trends. Responsibilities: – Conduct root cause analysis to identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. – Using accurate and real time data, present findings in form of reports/graphs etc to SMT – Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. – Utilize retail management techniques to organize inventory effectively. – Utilize inventory systems to track, record, and analyse inventory data accurately. – Utilize Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
