We are currently recruiting for a General Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established distribution team based in Halesowen. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to work well within a team environment to meet daily targets. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, wrapping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with company procedures.
- Wrap and label goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are packaged securely.
- Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Support colleagues and supervisors in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary/Benefits
