Due to company expansion, we are now recruiting for a FLT/warehouse operative to work in a fast paced, modern warehouse to be part of a team completing various warehouse and FLT duties. This is a manual position 80/20 manual work but need to have FLT to assist with loading and unloading etc, as well as picking of orders that are over the manual lifting limit.
Job Purpose: To support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, handling, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating weekly. This role will initially be working in Halesowen, but will move to new site in Bilston in September of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders accurately in line with picking lists
- Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping and stock checks
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and site policies
Requirements:
- Valid MHE licence for Counterbalance or Reach or PPT
- Previous warehouse or picking experience required
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts
