Our Brand New Client in Cradley Heath are adding to their team, working in a busy manufacturing enviroment. Working with production line staff to ensure material is loaded onto machines, and then removing finished products before loading into despatch area for transportation. The successful candidate will have proven experience FLT experience within a busy manufacturing environment. Be flexible to complete manual lifting of material and singing off completed pallets as required. You will also be willing to assist with general housekeeping of your area as required and as part of the team. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years' forklift truck (FLT) experience * Valid FLT licence preferred * Experience working within a busy manufacturing environment * Ability to perform manual handling and lifting duties * Flexible and team-oriented approach to work Responsibilities: * Working within a busy manufacturing facility in Cradley Heath. * Supporting production line operations by ensuring raw materials are loaded onto machinery efficiently. * Removing finished products from production lines and transporting them to the dispatch area ready for shipment. * Operating forklift trucks safely and effectively throughout the manufacturing process. * Completing pallet documentation and signing off finished pallets as required. * Carrying out manual handling duties when necessary. * Assisting with housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area. * Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency. 6-2 & 2-10 rotating
