We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy distribution team in Burnley. You will be responsible for goods-in, stock movement, order picking, and general warehouse duties. A valid Counterbalance or Reach licence is required; both licences are ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating FLT trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) to move stock safely
  • Goods-in processing including unloading deliveries and checking paperwork
  • Order picking using scanners or pick sheets
  • Stock rotation and maintaining organised storage areas
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and preparing pallets
  • General warehouse duties including housekeeping and supporting other departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid FLT licence - Counterbalance or Reach (both preferred but 1 is necessary)
  • Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, goods-in or dispatch
  • Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Location: Burnley

Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
