We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy distribution team in Burnley. You will be responsible for goods-in, stock movement, order picking, and general warehouse duties. A valid Counterbalance or Reach licence is required; both licences are ideal but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating FLT trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) to move stock safely
- Goods-in processing including unloading deliveries and checking paperwork
- Order picking using scanners or pick sheets
- Stock rotation and maintaining organised storage areas
- Loading and unloading vehicles and preparing pallets
- General warehouse duties including housekeeping and supporting other departments
What We’re Looking For
- Valid FLT licence - Counterbalance or Reach (both preferred but 1 is necessary)
- Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, goods-in or dispatch
- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
