About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Manager to join our clients team and lead the delivery of a proactive, professional HR service across our Burnley and Speke operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to further develop their career within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial environment. Working closely with site leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping people strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce development and organisational performance.

As HR Manager, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations, people management and employment legislation while ensuring HR policies, procedures and best practices are consistently applied across both sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver a high-quality HR service across multiple sites.
