About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Advisor to join our clients team and lead the delivery of a proactive, professional HR service across our Burnley and Speke operations.

Working closely with site leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping people strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce development and organisational performance.
As HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations and employment legislation while ensuring HR policies, procedures and best practices are consistently applied across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a high-quality HR service across multiple sites.
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance management cases.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.
