They are now seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly organised Business Relationship Manager to help strengthen member relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for high-quality account management, ensuring customers feel valued, supported and fully engaged with the business. This is a relationship-focused role centred on retention, engagement and delivering real value, not proactive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with companies/customers to maximise engagement and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins and maintain clear engagement plans
- Identify and support companies at risk of losing
- Ensure customers access the full range of company offerings and services
- Host and support business through networking events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track member interactions
- Work closely with the Head of Department and wider team to enhance customer experience
