We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent Industrial Maintenance engineer with a mechanical bias. Offering an excellent salary plus a yearly bonus of £3.5k per annum and plenty of overtime (average of 4 - 7 hours per week), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation that offers a "family touch" environment. The Role:
- Working on machines, conveyors and other industrial equipment.
- Working with a team of engineers to keep everything in excellent working order.
- Liaising with production daily to understand any repairs or breakdown needs, and assisting with this in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have a formal qualification or apprenticeship in mechanical maintenance.
- Have PPM experience.
- Have proven experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Able to work 3 shifts (rotating weekly).
- Able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Have basic IT skills for updating on company CRM system.
