Role Purpose: To operate, monitor, and maintain production CNC machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing of precision components. The Machine Minder is responsible for maintaining machine performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe and continuous production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to job specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct routine checks and basic preventative maintenance on machines.
- Identify faults or irregularities and report issues to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
