GSC Executives are a leading Executive Search Recruitment business specialising in identifying top talent, working in partnership with leading Tier One Contractors most predominately in Construction, Property and Engineering.
Following significant growth, GSC are expanding the team in their Newcastle office, offering a driven Trainee Recruiter the exciting opportunity to work in partnership with an amazing team and a number of company benefits and progression opportunities.
Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Research and identify potential leads and opportunities through market analysis, industry reports and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain a strong network of C-suite executives, industry leaders and senior professionals within the target sectors
- Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market trends, talent mapping and competitor activity
- General ad-hoc duties as and when required
