Daniel Owen is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our established FM team, supporting a portfolio of sites across Sutton and Chelsea. In this role, you will carry out both planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with sustainability and compliance standards. You will report directly to the Technical A/C Manager and participate in the on-call rota, with occasional evening and weekend work (additional allowances provided).
Key Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Completed A/C apprenticeship
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working within facilities management environments
- Strong IT capabilities with working knowledge of CAFM systems
Desirable Certifications
- PASMA
- IPAF
- IET 18th Edition
Role Details
- Location: Sutton-based role, with site coverage in Chelsea
- Salary: £41,812 per annum
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- On-Call: Participation required (with additional pay)
