Recruitment Consultant – Trades & Labour – Walsall

£28k-£40k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in Walsall.

Daniel Owen has been a leading force in the Trades & Labour sector for the past 38 years. We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Walsall office to grow and expand this division even further. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to flourish within our well-established agency and advance to a Senior Consultant role.

Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
  • Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
  • 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
