Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering social housing planned works contracts. You will oversee projects including kitchens, bathrooms, voids, and roofing works for an established property services provider.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organise and review work schedules, including labour and materials
  2. Manage both in-house and subcontracting teams
  3. Liaise with site managers and project coordinators for accurate site updates
  4. Ensure high-quality work in line with client KPIs
  5. Implement contingency planning and risk mitigation

Requirements:

  1. Qualified construction manager or equivalent
  2. SMSTS and relevant CSCS card
  3. Experience in social housing planned works
  4. Excellent client relationship and communication skills
