This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a large property services organisation within their responsive repairs division, providing high-quality joinery/plumbing, multi trade repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

Job Details:

  • Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
  • Social housing contract on responsive repairs with occasional voids.
  • Paid call-out (1 in 6 weeks approx).
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays, with the flexibility to buy or sell annual leave.
  • Company fleet van and fuel card, so no wear and tear on your own vehicle.

About You:

  • Multi Trade Operative background, joinery experience essential.
  • The works include the repairs or replacement of various windows, doors, kitchens, tiling & patch plastering is desirable.
  • Vinyl floor laying (cap and cove) desirable.
  • Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
  • Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
  • Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
  • Social Housing experience is essential.
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device.
