Permanent Recruitment Consultant – St Paul\’s, London
£28k-£40k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing
Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in London.
Due to significant growth across a wide range of sectors, there is an exciting opportunity to join the team in our office based in London, specialising in permanent recruitment. We have a number of desks that currently have live vacancies for permanent roles, and it appears going into our new financial year, our extra growth will be coming from permanent placements.
We are looking for recruitment consultants who understand the perm recruitment process and are able to pick up a warm desk, grow and maintain it, with the aspiration to progress onto a managerial role in the future.
Duties of a Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
- Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
- Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations
The ideal Recruitment Consultant:
- Proven recruitment or sales professional (any sector experience)
- Will have the ability to motivate and inspire others and have the ambition to progress into a managerial role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
