Social Housing Experience Required
Role: Multi Skilled Tradesperson – CarpentryKey Responsibilities:- Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals, refurbishment work, and planned works.
- Competent to a high standard in both quality and output in a minimum of two or more trade disciplines, inclusive but not exclusive of:
- Plumbing and/or jetting
- Carpentry and/or joinery
- Wet Trades – Plastering, Tiling, Paving, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating
- Roofing
- Floor laying
- Glazing
