I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building in Bolton. Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician with FM experience to join the team.
The Electrical Maintenance role will be 40 hours a week. Working hours are 7am - 3.30pm. Overtime available if desired.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace electrical fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements for the role:
- Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer
- Fully qualified Electrician
- 18th Edition
- Multi Skilled
On offer is a competitive salary of £40,000 + benefits. Overtime available as well as opportunities to progress.
