Senior Project Manager required for a new role with a Construction Consultancy based in the East Midlands. This highly successful firm already has a well established presence in the East Midlands and has recently been more successful in winning work across both that, and the Lincolnshire area.
We are now looking for an experienced individual to work on a long term secondment to a NHS Trust in the area, working 4 days on site with the client. The programme of work in question includes both maintenance and refurbishment along with some capital works.
We are interested in applications from experienced Construction Project Managers, ideally from a Consultancy or client side background. Any experience in Healthcare and/or the NEC form of contract is a distinct advantage.
