We are working with a powerhouse in property services, who are looking for a domestic heating supervisor to oversee a team for air source heat pump installations on social housing properties across Lincolnshire.
As a domestic heating supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the install of air source heat pumps to social housing properties
- Provide technical advice to both the team and clients
- Provide on the tools assistance when required
- Manage/schedule workloads
- Support the mechanical project manager with contract management/delivery
As a domestic heating supervisor, it is required that you:
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualified plumber/building services engineering
- Have a strong working knowledge of renewable solutions
- Have previous management/supervisory experience, or are looking to take the next step up to such a role
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
As a domestic heating supervisor, you will receive:
- £40,000-£44,000 starting salary based on qualifications and experience
- Company van and fuel card
- 24 days annual leave plus public holidays
