We are working with a powerhouse in property services, who are looking for a domestic heating supervisor to oversee a team for air source heat pump installations on social housing properties across Lincolnshire.

As a domestic heating supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee the install of air source heat pumps to social housing properties
  • Provide technical advice to both the team and clients
  • Provide on the tools assistance when required
  • Manage/schedule workloads
  • Support the mechanical project manager with contract management/delivery

As a domestic heating supervisor, it is required that you:

  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualified plumber/building services engineering
  • Have a strong working knowledge of renewable solutions
  • Have previous management/supervisory experience, or are looking to take the next step up to such a role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills

As a domestic heating supervisor, you will receive:

  • £40,000-£44,000 starting salary based on qualifications and experience
