Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shifts)
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for Helpdesk Coordinators to join our Emergency Response team for night shifts. Based at the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, you will play a key role in managing service requests and ensuring that engineering tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and emails, accurately logging all service requests
Prioritise and dispatch jobs to the appropriate engineers
Monitor open jobs and escalate delays or issues as needed
Ensure all data is accurately recorded in the system
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
What We\’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
Organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) is desirable but not essential
