Your Duties as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Build and maintain a strong network of C-Suite Executives, industry leaders, and senior professionals within the target sectors. Talent Sourcing: Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to understand their career aspirations and skills. Research and identify potential leads through market analysis and industry reports, providing insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market trends and competitor activity. General Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including market insights and general ad-hoc duties as required.
