Role Summary: Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of FM contracts across London. The role is focused on driving service excellence, maintaining compliance, and ensuring strong commercial and client performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of FM contracts
  • Manage delivery of hard and soft facilities services across multiple sites
  • Lead client engagement, performance reviews, and issue resolution
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
  • Oversee contractors and supply chain partners to ensure quality and compliance
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance across all sites
  • Support contract mobilisation and service improvements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Facilities Contract Manager or senior FM role
  • Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services
  • Proven ability managing KPIs, SLAs, and contract performance
  • Sound knowledge of UK health & safety and compliance standards
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • FM or H&S qualifications (desirable)
