Chartered Building Surveyor required for a new position with a dynamic and highly rated Building Consultancy based in Birmingham city centre.

With a nationwide presence supported by a number of offices across the country this firm of Building and Cost Consultants look forward to a highly successful year ahead on the back of consistent growth and success. In fact the Birmingham office had their most successful year yet in performance on fee income. This team offers a wide range of different surveys and projects including work in dilapidations, a full range of surveys and inspections, party wall as well as Project Management. Their clients cross a wide variety of different sectors.

This is also a highly rated \”good employer\” who seeks to promote a diverse and inclusive working environment and who expects to continue to offer flexibility and good work life balance in the workplace. They are working on a hybrid working arrangement including a mix of visits, home and office working.

For this new role we\’re looking for fully professionally qualified (MRICS) Building Surveyors ideally from a private practice background.
