About the Role
Our client are looking for a Mobile Commercial Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias to support multiple commercial sites across the South West. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across four locations, ensuring buildings and systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. While the role is primarily electrical, experience in additional trades such as plumbing or general building maintenance would be an advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
On-call rota: 1 week in every 5
Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Undertake electrical maintenance and fault-finding works
- Support minor works across other trades where required
- Travel between four sites
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- 18th Edition electrical qualification
- Electrical maintenance background
- Will consider time-served commercial maintenance technicians/engineers
- Multi-skilled experience (e.g. plumbing) is desirable but not essential
