New opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor level with a leading multi-national firm working within their Birmingham Building Consultancy team. This firm has an excellent reputation within the Birmingham market for technical excellence and is an extremely well managed team offering a great working environment. They continue to adopt a flexible working week and the leadership places genuine importance on both flexibility and work-life balance.
This firm has a wide range of instructions. Much of their work is across industrial and commercial sectors working with investors, end users, etc., although they do also have a number of long-term public sector clients. There is also the freedom to shape this role to your own strengths as a building surveyor, leaning perhaps more towards either professional instructions or project work. However, you must have some experience of both areas.
The successful candidate will therefore need to be a well-rounded, ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor. With their progression planning in mind, we are looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor looking for a real career path and future opportunity/progression.
