We are looking for an experienced Planned Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis in North London. This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of planned maintenance projects across social housing properties, including refurbishments, repairs, and upgrades. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of planned works, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. As a Planned Supervisor, you will manage a range of contractors, coordinate project schedules, and monitor progress on-site. You will play an important role in liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a smooth process. Key Responsibilities:
