Job Title: Assistant Technical Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 + car allowance + bonus

We\’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join our team at our Takeley office in Essex. In this role, you\’ll support the delivery of new-build housing projects from the early design stage through to completion. You\’ll assist in managing design information, coordinating with external consultants and stakeholders, and working closely with local authorities and internal departments, including our on-site teams.

  • Assist in managing external consultants to produce and deliver working drawings on time and within scope and budget
  • Attend design, coordination, and site progress meetings

  • Coordinate and distribute design drawings and documentation
