Account Director – Soft Services
We are currently supporting one of our Facilities Management clients in their search for an Account Director in Preston. This role will oversee 45-50 sites based out of Preston, providing leadership on a large soft services healthcare contract (Cleaning & Catering).

- Healthcare experience is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the contract team
- Manage service delivery
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the Operations Director
- Build team morale
This role will have 4 direct reports. Although based in Preston, visits to other sites in Lancashire will be required.
