An established and growing property services contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across a portfolio of social housing refurbishment works in the South West. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office, site, and home working, where you'll be given the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end while being part of a collaborative and supportive commercial team.
The Role
- Responsible for the commercial management of planned refurbishment works (internal and external) within tenanted properties, including:
- Managing costs across the full project lifecycle
- Preparing estimates, tenders, and procurement programmes
- Procuring and managing subcontractors
- Producing cash flow forecasts and monthly valuations
- Submitting applications for payment and managing invoicing
- Monitoring budgets, variations, and contract performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and operational teams
- Supporting junior team members where required

- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence required
