A Plumbing & Heating company based in Oxfordshire are looking for an experienced Domestic Plumbing & Heating Installer to join their expanding Projects Team. They have built a strong reputation working with construction companies and developers across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, delivering high‑quality installations on large‑scale residential and bespoke projects.

About the Role

You will work across a range of residential developments, small builder projects and construction sites, installing high‑quality plumbing and heating systems. This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well, and thrives in a busy, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install pipework, radiators, cylinders, boilers, sanitaryware, UFH and ASHP systems
  • Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and heating installations
  • Carry out testing, commissioning and system upgrades
  • Undertake bathroom installations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, site teams and colleagues
  • Ensure all work meets Health & Safety standards and current regulations
  • Deliver clean, professional installations from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in domestic plumbing & heating
  • Experience installing UFH and Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, reliable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Ability to deliver clean, compliant installations to handover stage
