Voids Supervisor

Location: Southwark\\n\\nPay Rate: £28-37.49/hour \\n Duration: Up to 12 months\\n Start Date: TBC\\n End Date: Up to 12 months from start date\\n\\nWe are recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join a housing service in Southwark. This is a newly created role supporting the delivery of voids and property works.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nEnsure void KPIs and service standards are met across a range of accommodation types\\nAct as the main liaison between internal teams, contractors, and commissioning functions\\nCarry out post-tenancy check-outs and post-void inspections\\nIdentify rechargeable costs and refer for recovery\\nReduce void turnaround times\\nInstruct and liaise with trade operatives\\nComplete schedules of work using SoR codes\\nMonitor KPIs and reporting dashboards\\nEnsure compliance checks and certification are in place \\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nExperience working with void properties\\nStrong knowledge of property standards and HHSRS\\nExperience producing schedules using SoR codes\\nOrganised, proactive, and confident working with multiple stakeholders \\n\\nIf you have experience working in the social housing sector within voids, apply now
