Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing organisation in the South-East London area who are looking for a brand new Voids Service Manager to join their team. The Voids Service Manager will lead, develop and implement a strong management function to optimise service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of operatives, supervisors, administrators, and schedulers and achieve a high-quality output and service.
  • To proactively manage the availability of the team, directly and through line management, including annual leave, sickness, training and any other reason.
  • To manage and monitor the cost and use of materials.
  • To manage and monitor subcontractors when engaged in carrying out work.
  • To work as one team to utilise the team efficiently and effectively.
  • To liaise, communicate and work with other stakeholders, including but not limited to: suppliers, contractors, colleagues and others as required.
  • To understand, take responsibility for, and report performance, both financial and operational, internally and externally as required.
