Company Overview: Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in Kent. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects. This role is paying up to £180 with a van and fuel card supplied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties
- Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)
- Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering
- Providing additional support with other trades when required
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working in social housing or council properties
- A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites)
- Previous experience in multi-trade roles would be an advantage
