Technical Supervisor required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on commercial sites in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team. As maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for 13 engineers across various disciplines.
This will be a hybrid role working from home as well as based on site. This supervisor role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime and on call available.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing engineers and sub-contractors on site
- Organise labour and attend site meetings
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace electrical fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with customers on site
Requirements for the role:

On offer is a competitive salary of £42,000 per year plus benefits with the opportunity for further progression. Overtime and on call also available.
