Our Swindon team, home to one of Daniel Owen’s top billers, is expanding and looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take on a live, active desk in the booming trades and labour sector. With existing clients and candidates waiting, you’ll be billing from day one. This isn’t your typical 9-5. You’ll spend four days in our buzzing office and one full day each week out on site, meeting clients and candidates face-to-face. It’s the perfect mix of desk-based success and real-world relationship building.
Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you’ll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
- Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
- 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
- Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations.
